there famous restaurant owned mère brazier aka eugénie brazier (1895–1977), illiterate peasant born in ain, arrived in lyon in 1914. opened own restaurant @ no. 12 in 1921 , became first three-star female awarded michelin (from 1933 1939). in 2007, restaurant bought mathieu viannay.
