Paradox Lighthouse paradox

a lighthouse sends powerful beam of light travels significant distances point of origin. light rotates in circular motion around lighthouse. thought experiment proposes light moving in situation traveling faster speed of light. visual depiction of situation can viewed in figure 1. presents paradox because, according theory of relativity, speed of light in vacuum same observers, regardless of relative motion or of motion of light source, , nothing can travel faster speed.
