the main source used european union labour force survey (eu-lfs). eu-lfs collects data on member states each quarter. monthly calculations, national surveys or national registers employment offices used in conjunction quarterly eu-lfs data. exact calculation individual countries, resulting in harmonized monthly data, depend on availability of data.
