the tewahedo church canon contains 81 books. canon contains books accepted other orthodox christians.
the narrower canon contains enoch, jubilees, , ii iii meqabyan. (these unrelated greek i, ii, iii maccabees confused.) canonical enoch differs editions of ge ez manuscripts in british museum , elsewhere (a-q) used foreign scholars (otp), example in treatment of nephilim of genesis 6. current 81 book version published in 1986, containing same text published in haile selassie version of bible, minor modifications new testament translation.
