emergency management plans , procedures should include identification of appropriately trained staff members responsible decision-making when emergency occurs. training plans should include internal people, contractors , civil protection partners, , should state nature , frequency of training , testing.


testing of plan s effectiveness should occur regularly. in instances several business or organisations occupy same space, joint emergency plans, formally agreed parties, should put place.


drills , exercises in preparation foreseeable hazards held, participation of services involved in handling emergency, , people affected. drills held prepare hazards of fires, tornadoes, lockdown protection, earthquakes, etc.
