han , zhao states of central plain. theirs gentle people, weary war , experienced in arms, have little regard generals. soldiers salaries meager , officers have no strong commitment countries. although troops experienced, cannot expected fight death. defeat them, must concentrate large numbers of troops in our attacks present them peril. when counterattack, must prepared defend our positions vigorously , make them pay dearly. when retreat, must pursue , give them no rest. grind them down.
