during january floods, st joseph s college, gregory terrace had playing fields @ tennyson, inundated toxic waste , water nearby rocklea fruit market. no sports able played @ tennyson during 2011 school year , massive refurbishment , rebuild involved canteen , boatshed, iconic grandstand destroyed. soil , turf removed , relaid due foul nature of debris. during 2011 terrace played 1 home game, @ brisbane grammar sports ground, kindly lent day, other games played @ opposing schools facilities.


tennyson reopened in 2012 , in 2014 building new grandstand , player facilities.
