the ba.28 training aircraft developed earlier ba.25. biplane new, more powerful piaggio stella p.vii z radial engine of 365 hp, had ailerons on upper wing . in june 1936 prototype shown @ air show in venice. italian air force in same year ordered series of 50 aircraft. during use in flight schools ba.28 proved not among best – difficult manage in air. however, orders type arrived abroad – duly delivered following countries: afghanistan (2), china (18), norway (6), austria (12) , spain (6).
