kharkiv oblast

the latter two, partitioned in same year create following 2 oblasts:



donetsk oblast on 17 july 1932
chernihiv oblast on 15 october 1932

it during configuration, ukraine underwent first 2 five-year plans, (a consequence of catastrophic holodomor famine in 1933), , collectivization , industrialization brought. in 1934 capital moved kiev, , on 30 january 1937, supreme rada of ukrainian socialist soviet republic adopted version of 1936 soviet constitution creating ukrainian soviet socialist republic. meet economic , social demands, restructure in administrative division initiated, , 22 september 1937 4 more oblasts added existing seven.
