Westchester Interstate 95 in New York

crossing through northern reaches of pelham bay park, i-95 turns more northeast , enters westchester county. in pelham manor, route crosses through pelham country club, entering exit 15, connects us 1 (main street). after us 1, route crosses out of pelham country club, entering new rochelle.
crossing on metro-north railroad tracks, interstate turns northeast , crossing through downtown new rochelle, reaching exit 16, serving several local streets including cross avenue, cedar street , garden street. north of exit 16, new england thruway enters lone toll barrier along alignment, serving northbound direction only. road continues northeast through new rochelle, passing exit 17 enters town of mamaroneck. exit 17 connects chatsworth avenue in larchmont section. passing pedestrian footbridge larchmont station, crossing on ny 125 (weaver street). winding north through mamaroneck, i-95 enters exit 18a, servicing fenimore road in village of mamaroneck.
turning northeast again, i-95 enters exit 18b, partial cloverleaf interchange mamaroneck avenue before crossing town of harrison. road turns east, crossing on ny 127 (harrison avenue), , enters exit 19, western terminus of playland parkway, connects expressway rye playland road enters rye. route crosses through rye village area, entering exit 20, connects us 1 (boston post road) , village. after exit 20, exit 21 marks eastern end of cross-westchester expressway (i-287). proceeding westbound, exit 21 , nearby exit 22 (midland avenue , port chester) merged, separate exits going eastbound. crossing through eastern edges of port chester, i-95 reaches byram river , crosses connecticut, becoming connecticut turnpike.
