history
first building
kingston s first moravian church (at 23 hanover street) large house adapted purpose , consecrated on 1893-04-14. building , mission house next door (at 25 hanover street) destroyed in 1907 earthquake. 2 shed s erected replace them while new church building constructed.
present building
the building @ corner of north street , duke street consecrated bishop westphal on 1918-05-08. total cost of building, site , out buildings £3,124.
manse
a new manse, on north side of north street block east, completed in 1927 @ cost of £921. manse site sold gleaner company £4,000 in 1949 , new manse purchased in antrim road, vineyard town.
hall
the mary morris-knibb memorial hall, 1963.
a church hall opened on 1930-12-30 lady stubbs, wife of governor. destroyed hurricane of 1951. replacement hall opened in 1962-02-28 @ cost of £16,000.
organ
a pipe organ installed in 1932, reconstructed in 1945 , destroyed during 1951 hurricane. replacement installed in 1953 @ cost of on £3,000.
