in 1993 anderson moved university of oxford head of zoology department , held linacre chair of zoology @ merton college until 2000. during time served director, wellcome centre epidemiology of infectious disease.


anderson author of on 450 scientific articles , has sat on numerous government , international agency committees advising on public health , disease control including world health organisation , unaids. 1991–2000, governor of wellcome trust.
